Efe Nederland is a Netherlands-based recruitment and consulting company. Its founder, Muammer Ferat, ensures the legal and safe employment of workers from Turkey, Greece, and various European countries in the agricultural, greenhouse, and gardening sectors in the Netherlands.

With many years of technical and managerial experience, Mr. Ferat understands the needs of both employers and employees. Since the 1980s, he has worked in Turkey in areas such as electrical engineering, industrial management, and executive roles. From the 2000s onward, he has been actively working in greenhouses in the Netherlands and established his own company, Efe ZZP.

Since 2010, he has also held coordinator roles at institutions such as Aldora, Fry-Rec B.V., and Aktief Uitzendbureau, specializing in human resources and workforce planning.
